Julie has organized several unique and exciting vacations for us - exploring Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, Singapore, Bali, China and Australia, providing us with excellent itineraries and always incorporating local, experienced guides along with great accommodation. She has provided us the opportunities to learn to dive, swim with sharks, explore temples, experience a hot air balloon ride, explore local areas by bicycle and take a cookery class, among other things - all the while encouraging us to develop our photographic skills and learn to live our new experiences through the eye of a lens. One of my favourite highlights was a sunrise photo shoot Julie arranged for us on Inle Lake in Myanmar, with a local ‘one legged fisherman’ - an amazing experience with some memorable photographs to be proud of. 
I would not hesitate to recommend a vacation arranged by Julie and look forward to our next one with her.

“Hassle-free fun” is the phase that comes to mind when I think about Julie Thorne’s organizational skills. Julie and I have been friends for over a decade, during which time she has hosted and organized some of the best parties and vacations I have ever attended. What a wonderful trip to Bali we have had. We started with some spectacular snorkelling and diving around the USS Liberty wreck in Tulaben for a few days before moving on to the town of Ubud. One of the highlights of the trip has to be the cycle tour through the villages and countryside surrounding Ubud (helped by the fact that it was 95% downhill for the less athletic of us!) This allowed us to get a real favour of this beautiful island and its people. We finished with a home cooked meal in out Guide's own compound and ended up returning on another day for a cookery lesson in his outdoor kitchen and eating the results for lunch. Thank you Julie for organising everything for us, it all went so smoothly, the hotels and restaurants were fab and our trips and activities made it truly a memorable holiday.

Having written this it reminds me I'd love to go back there xx

My husband and I booked the Cambodia Tour recently, and I highly reccommend!
Kimleng was an amazing teacher and guide, and really took us to some unusual places. My husband was new to photography, and Kimleng was a fantastic and patient teacher.
